End of Week 6, beginning Week 7

Thursday we completed Week 6. We made it halfway through Jamie Eason’s LiveFit 12 week body transformation program from bodybuilding.com

Today we started Week 7 and it was both challenging and rewarding. I love how the workout routines change every two weeks. Looking for a good workout routine?
