It’s hard to keep going…

Nothing is easy in life except getting fat or going broke.  I do what I can and remind myself that I can workout when I have time. If i have time to be on social media or watch TV then i have time.

I don’t have time every day but when I do, I workout.

This weekend I completed week 6 and started week 7 of the Jamie Eason’s Postpartum trainer. 



Every workout counts. Every meal counts. I want that bikini body, the summer will be here in less than 6 months!!!
