Feb Update

Well I’m finally back to my work out routine! Jan was horrible! I was sick off/on for 3 wks had 2 different bugs and caught the flu.

Coming back to working out was so tough, I didn’t feel like working out and when I did I didn’t have the energy.

It feels great to finally be in the swing of things. I started the Bret Contreras Bootyful beginnings 12 wk program.

I’m on wk 3 of the program and I’m surprised that I have gotten sore.

I’m currently on “maintenance” mode on Avatar Nutrition and in March I’m going to start a slow sustainable weight loss and my goal is to do it for 12 weeks. Slow sustainable is 0.5 lbs a wk, so that would be about 6lbs. Which would get me “summer” ready! Let’s see how things go.
