It is now 2 weeks till my half marathon. And I am getting more and more nervous about this half. The more I think about it the less confident I feel. During my run though I felt good. I ran for 1hr 20 mins and got 5 miles in.
I really shouldn’t be overthinking this, it’s not like it is my first half or even second. I think what scares me is how I haven’t ran many miles and it has been hard to stay on track. I have been doing about 2 runs a week consistently and that’s it, though my schedule calls for 3, and now 4 runs.
These remaining days I will begin doing some hip thrusts in hopes in strengthening my hips/glutes.
