December Fitness Goals

It’s December 2019! Whoo, end of a decade!  For this month I want to keep up with 2 days of running and adding 2 days of lifting.  I haven’t picked up a program but i have some time lol.  So that would mean 16 days of working out, out of 31 days.   I can do this!

This week I have 3 runs planned – one being my Half Marathon (San Antonio Rock and Roll) which honestly I am really nervous about.  I don’t even have a running outfit in mind, I’m not sure why but it kept feeling like it was weeks and weeks away and its literally next Sunday.   What was I thinking!!?

Well I only have 2 choices do or do not… and DNF  is not an option.
