No Work Outs for 2 weeks!

This month has been soooo busy, that I just realized that I have not worked out in two weeks.  Even my Garmin is telling me I am in Detraining mode. Ugh, for me, I need a goal to keep me motivated. Whether it be in running, lifting or anything else.

Today is a half day at work and all our shopping is done and reorganized.

So the plan is to do something today. I really want to do some HITT, or weight lifting. We’ll see what I do.
