I get it, it is over two weeks into the new year so yeah I am a little late on this but better late than never.
My only set in stone goal this year in regards to fitness is running a FULL marathon. I haven’t really thought much about it since it is not till Dec 2020. So this leaves me hanging in the wind in regards to my fitness goals.
I am currently 5 months postpartum and weighing about 150lbs which is 30lbs down from my pregnancy weight whoo hoo. My goal is to get down to 125 BUT i didn’t set a deadline, with no deadline it’s not really a goal. Eventually sometime this month I’ll make it a point to set a date to meet my weight loss goal.
And finally, I really want to start lifting on a regular basis. When it gets cold, it’s soooo easy to just say it’s too cold to do it. So for the next three months, my goal is to lift at least 2 days a week. I don’t even care what type of lifting, just something!!!
